2. Prepare Your Laundry
   Place your dirty laundry in a bag (a laundry bag, trash bag, or any cinchable/drawstring bag works). No need to sort—we’ll take care of that.

3. We Pick It Up
   Our driver arrives at your location, picks up your laundry, and confirms your order details.

4. We Clean & Care for Your Items
   Your laundry is professionally washed, dried, and folded (or hung if requested). We follow your preferences for detergent, temperature, and special care.

5. Quality Check
   We inspect your items to ensure everything is clean, neatly folded, and handled with care.

6. Delivery to Your Door
   Your fresh, clean laundry is delivered back to you within 24 to 48 hours—ready to wear or put away.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to be home for pick up or delivery?

No. It is a contactless service unless you instruct for our team member to meet you.

Can I make a special request on how I want my laundry done?

Yes! You can customize your personal preferences for each order.

Do we separate whites from colors?

Yes! We also separate your delicate items and place them in a special mesh laundry bag.

What do I put my laundry in?

You can use any laundry bag, large trash bag or any cinchable/drawstring bag.

What is the turnaround time?

Your order will be returned within 24 to 48 hours.

How does my laundry get weighed?

We weigh your clothing before and after we launder your order and you or charged base on the the final weight.
